Criteria?
If you say you'll be there by 12, be there by 12.
Adam, Fletch and myself are almost ALWAYS at meetups, send us a TXT or call us (hell, even send a forum PM to us three and you'll most likely reach us... we DO have smartphones).
If you haven't done so already, give Adam your number, and get rid of your "Private Caller" settings so if you can't get through, we know who called.

Be strict with your time, but allow enough time for people to plan. For example, Mitch came on and said, "I'm getting my license on [can't remember date, but for eg/ sake;] 21st June... Come for a cruise!" And he gave us a couple months notice. That gave people time to check their calendar, decide they can come, and make the appointment/event/date/etc.
Then you're almost locked in to come, you've dedicated that day to come along and you've got time to take time off work, give notice to loved ones, maybe even convince some friends to come along.
We need a club calendar... if everyone used Gmail, that would be an extremely easy thing to do, however my days of trying to help people organize their life through Google have ended since noones been open enough to actually using it.
If anyone wants me to, I'll create a calendar and give you access to it, and will constantly update it with NSW events when I see them.
