Hi All NSW Guys and Girls ok we need to get some cruises happening and some meet ups... I'm hoping for at least one a month of either a cruise or meet-up... its a good way for all the members to hang out and newer members to meet us and get Hyper out there hand out flyers etc and get us bigger and better... ANYONE can plan a cruise can we just give some notice and some dates so people can plan around it... as whats happened in the past someone has put an idea out there we deliberate on the date for months and nothing happens... we cant please everyone but really need to be better organised for the meet up or cruise to take place.... Can we get everyones input on this for suggestions to make it easier to get stuff organised on here to make things successful. (Apart from People just turning up that is )

We might be able to make up some criteria for posting up cruises and meets to help with the process, Im thinking all members attending pm there mobile number to the organiser so they can contact the day of cruise to know numbers

Any more ideas??

If you say you'll be there by 12, be there by 12.

Adam, Fletch and myself are almost ALWAYS at meetups, send us a TXT or call us (hell, even send a forum PM to us three and you'll most likely reach us... we DO have smartphones).

If you haven't done so already, give Adam your number, and get rid of your "Private Caller" settings so if you can't get through, we know who called.

Come for a cruise!" And he gave us a couple months notice. That gave people time to check their calendar, decide they can come, and make the appointment/event/date/etc.
Then you're almost locked in to come, you've dedicated that day to come along and you've got time to take time off work, give notice to loved ones, maybe even convince some friends to come along.

We need a club calendar... if everyone used Gmail, that would be an extremely easy thing to do, however my days of trying to help people organize their life through Google have ended since noones been open enough to actually using it.
If anyone wants me to, I'll create a calendar and give you access to it, and will constantly update it with NSW events when I see them.
